HORAA Completes a Double in Kathmandu
HORAA Esports won both the PUBG Mobile and Free Fire titles at the Esports Festival held in Kathmandu from October 2 to 4, 2026, completing a rare double across two major mobile esports games. The Nepali organization secured the championships after its separate rosters competed through the festival, giving HORAA two trophies from the same event and highlighting the growing strength and depth of its competitive teams.
Two Games, Two Championships
Winning across two different games made HORAA’s achievement stand out at the festival.
PUBG Mobile and Free Fire are separate competitive titles requiring different rosters, strategies and approaches. HORAA’s success in both competitions showed that the organization has developed competitive strength beyond just one game.
Rather than celebrating a single championship, HORAA ended the festival with two titles to its name.
Free Fire Success Continues
The latest Free Fire title adds to what has already been a successful year for HORAA in the game.
In September, HORAA became champion of the Free Fire World Series Nepal 2026 Fall, finishing the Grand Finals with 202 points, 145 eliminations and two Booyahs.
That championship earned the team Rs 5 Lakh and qualification for the Free Fire World Series Global Finals, giving HORAA the opportunity to represent Nepal on an international stage.
PUBG Mobile Team Also Making Its Mark
HORAA has also built a strong presence in PUBG Mobile.
In September, the team finished third in the PUBG Mobile Global Open 2026 Season 2 South Asia Finals held in Kathmandu. HORAA collected 175 points, earned USD 4,500 and secured qualification for the PMGO Season 2 main event.
The organization has also represented Nepal at major international PUBG Mobile competitions, making PUBG Mobile an important part of HORAA’s competitive identity.
A Growing Name in Nepali Esports
HORAA Esports was founded in 2023 and has since developed teams competing across multiple esports titles.
Its performances in PUBG Mobile helped establish the organization in Nepal’s competitive gaming scene, while its growing Free Fire roster has added another successful division.
Winning both competitions at the Kathmandu festival further demonstrates how HORAA is expanding beyond success in a single game.
A Big Moment for HORAA
Two games, two titles and one festival made the Kathmandu event a memorable one for HORAA Esports.
The double championship adds another achievement to the organization’s growing record and reflects the increasing competitiveness of Nepal’s esports scene. With HORAA teams also earning opportunities to compete internationally, their success will give Nepali esports fans another reason to follow what comes next.
