13 Injured Flood Victims Airlifted to Kathmandu as 11 Patient Details Released

At least 13 people injured in the devastating floods in Rasuwa have been rescued from flood-affected areas and airlifted to Kathmandu for medical treatment. The injured survivors have been taken to hospitals in the capital, including the National Trauma Center and Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. According to the latest patient details released by the Kathmandu District Police Range, information for 11 patients has been recorded so far.

Three of those listed are residents of Bidur Municipality-5, Nuwakot. Bhakta Bhandari, 42, Sita Bhandari, 41, and Bibek Kumal, 24, were rescued from Nuwakot and are receiving treatment at the National Trauma Center. Eight others are being treated at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. Their details are listed below.

The patient list also shows that some survivors have not yet been identified by their full names, while address and rescue-location details are unavailable for several others. Authorities and hospitals are continuing to coordinate treatment and identification as rescue operations continue in the flood-hit areas.
