Durga Prasai has been released on general tareekh following an order from the Parsa court. The decision came after legal proceedings related to cybercrime and the state against charges filed by the police.
Durga Prasai has been released on a general date following a court order from Parsa.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Hari Basnet of the District Police Office, Parsa, Prasai was released as per the court’s decision. He had been arrested from Hotel Diyalo in Birgunj a few days earlier and was charged with cybercrime and offenses against the state.
Following the Parsa court order, he has now been released on a general date (non-custodial appearance condition)
