The Government of Nepal and the families of two young men killed in the Devanganj clash have signed a seven point agreement. The deal includes the process to declare the victims as martyrs, Rs 10 lakh in relief for each family, employment opportunities, legal action against those responsible, and the construction of a memorial park.
